The six-storey building is located within the Seven Dials Conservation Area in central London. The building was converted from a furniture warehouse to offices and extensively remodelled in the 1990’s.

The refurbishment project reconfigured and widened the entrance hall to provide a more generous and welcoming reception space, refurbished two floors of offices and enhanced circulation and toilets.

Elegant finishes and materials have been used throughout to enhance the presentation of the space and make it more appealing to prospective tenants. Facilities for disabled access have been upgraded in line with legislative requirements and a new centralised comfort cooling system has been installed to serve all office areas.
